Rycar Registered for Ornamental Use

Flowers Canada Growers is very pleased to announce that Rycar (pyrifluquinazon) is now registered for greenhouse ornamental use (excluding cut flowers). FCG has been actively pursuing pyrifluquinazon registration for over a decade and we are tremendously pleased to see it finally approved for use.

Rycar controls aphids and whiteflies in greenhouse ornamental crops and should be available from retailers shortly.

FCG would like to thank Nichino for bringing this product to Canada. FCG would also like to thank Health Canada for their ongoing support for this and other registrations.
