Pyriofenone 300SC Registered For Greenhouse Ornamentals

Flowers Canada Growers is pleased to announce that Pyriofenone 300SC Fungicide (pyriofenone) is now registered, to control suppress/control powdery mildew on greenhouse ornamentals, greenhouse pepper, greenhouse eggplant, greenhouse cucumber and greenhouse tomato.

Having a new pathology tool available to greenhouse growers is essential to ensuring that Canadian greenhouse grown ornamental crops continue to remain of the highest quality possible.

FCG would like to extend our sincere thanks to ISK Biosciences, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and the Pest Management Regulatory Agency for supporting FCG in bringing this new fungicide with a novel mode of action to Canada.
