Flowers Canada (Ontario) Inc. 54^th Annual General Meeting Registration Information
December 2, 2020 - 1:00 p.m.

Flowers Canada (Ontario) Inc.’s (FCO) 54^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually utilizing the ZOOM platform this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To register for FCO’s AGM, please email Rachelle Pruss at Rachelle@fco.ca by November 27^th, 2020.Please confirm whether you are a VOTING Member or a NON-VOTING Participant.

For Flowers Canada (Ontario) Inc. VOTING MEMBERS:

To register, please provide your name, the greenhouse that you represent and your email address so that a customized meeting invitation can be sent to you in advance of the meeting.

You will receive an email on Monday, November 30^th, 2020 providing your ZOOM log in information and an overview of the AGM process for 2020.

For NON-VOTING PARTICIPANTS:

To register, please provide your name, the name of your organization and your email address. A link to the meeting will be provided to you in advance of the meeting.

You will receive an email on Monday, November 30^th, 2020 providing your meeting connection information.
