This Farm Safety seminar will introduce supervisors to their core responsibilities under the OHSA. It will also cover communications skills and training methods on how to instruct workers. The supervisor will also need to understand accident investigation techniques, hazard identification and controls and emergency procedures. They will learn the need for written records for due diligence and how to document safety issues.

Along with well trained workers, they will be the eyes and ears of your safety program. The front line supervisor is a key element in your health and safety program. Give them the tools to do the job and be a competent worker.
